For over a century, International Women’s Day has been a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. This day also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality. This year’s focus has been #BreakTheBias, dedicated to creating a world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination.
At RD, we are exceptionally proud of the unique, talented women who make us who we are. Without their voices, perspectives, experiences, and ideas, we wouldn’t be able to create the thoughtful, authentic work we create every day.
That’s why, this International Women’s Day, we’re throwing the spotlight on four of those valued members of our team, who we feel represent the bold, confident and talented members of our family.

They told us about their experiences as women in film advertising, what empowers and motivates them, and the proudest moments of their career. While each person highlighted different experiences of being a woman in the workplace, from taking up space in meetings and achieving their full potential, to having a voice and making themselves heard, all four women shared one thing in common: the desire to make the world a better place for women of the future.
Here at RD, that’s a goal we all share. With every film we have the privilege to make, we strive to tell stories that make the world a better place – and that starts with building a team of unique, talented, outspoken people who stand up for what they believe in. That’s why we’ll continue to do what we can to break the bias, continually being inspired by the amazing women that make our company a great place to work.
